General Terms of Product
“Sponsored Jobs” and “Company Logo” shall be collectively referred to “Product”.
All logos and content are subject to approval from Aspirehorizon.net. We reserve the right to reject any logo or content that we deem unsuitable for the Site.
Advertisers must provide any image and/or logo specifications as per the Product specifications that can be provided upon request.
Cancellation, refund or deferment of a trial or plan is not permitted unless otherwise agreed mutually by both parties.
Sponsored Jobs may appear at the top of a search results page where the candidate search results query matches that of the Advertisers Job Ad or otherwise on the search results page. Where there is no set search query Aspirehorizon.net site will randomly allocate the Sponsored Jobs for the search.
General
If any part of this agreement is held invalid that part shall be severed from this agreement and the remainder of this agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable. Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.
Aspirehorizon.net reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time without notice.
